Valentine’s Day Prixe Fixe Menu
Old Town Pour House in Oak Brook will offer a full three course meal for $60 per person on both Friday 14th and Saturday 15th February.
First Course: Choose between Terrine (seared sea scallop and foie gras, candied baby fennel) …OR… Beet & Goat Cheese Napoleon (fig syrup, candied pistachios, and arugula)
Entrée: Choose between Petite Filet Medallions (jumbo lump crab, fried prosciutto, grilled lemon scented asparagus, truffle demi) …OR… Jumbo Lump Crab Cakes (baby artisanal greens, dried cranberries, nectarines, granny smith apples, blood orange vinaigrette, avocado mousse)
Dessert (One each diner): Flourless Chocolate Truffle Cake (raspberry coulis, whipped cream)

Cedar River Prime Rib, a 40 day dry aged steak with Big Eds gouda pop over, creamed black kale, roasted carrot, au jus

Chocolate Puff Pastry with a charred blood orange curd, dark chocolate cardamom ganache, pistachio fennel meringue, and cava espuma.
Valentine’s Day Cocktails
Running during the entire Valentine’s ‘week’ (2/10 – 2/16) at The Boundary are some specially crafted cocktails, to accompany your cookie decorating, to help break the ice, or even to drink one too many of while both watching a game in awkward silence.
Old Fashioned Love (pictured) : Muddled maraschino cherries, oranges and sugar, topped with Templeton Rye and bitters. The love of this drink is the garnish of bourbon-infused cherries.
Raspberry Rose Martini : Smirnoff Raspberry-Pomegranate, Sorbet Vodka, St. Germain, Pomegranate syrup, lemon juice, splash soda water.
Valentine’s Day Cookie Party
Something a little different for Valentine’s Day? The Boundary is also putting on a Cookie Party on Tuesday February 11th, where you get to decorate sweet treats with your own unique design skills. Buy six cookies for $5, and they provide all the toppings and decorative materials you will need. What’s more, 4-6pm is family time, so you can bring the little ones and have them join in the early fun.
