Sarah Jones

Background

Born and raised in Madison, Wisconsin, Sarah began working in the service industry in high school. Sarah worked for a locally owned and operated restaurant group and moved into management in 2008. Taking a break from the industry, Sarah worked as an on-premise beer representative in the Madison area, before joining BarFly management group in 2015 for a new restaurant opening in Madison. There, Sarah was promoted to General Manager later that year and won the Operator of the Year award in 2016. Later, Sarah moved to Minneapolis to open a new location for the company as the General Manager of the new store open.  Sarah moved into a director role with the company in 2018, overseeing stores in Minneapolis, Kansas City, Lincoln Nebraska, St Louis and Madison before leaving the company during Covid in 2020. Sarah later joined Bottleneck management as the GM of the Pittsburgh location, before moving into a director role with Bottleneck in 2021.

Outside of Work

Sarah is an avid Wisconsin sports fan, with goals of seeing every football stadium in the US, and is well on her way. Sarah also enjoys travel and spending time with family.
