Matthew Bentsen

As Training Manager, Matthew enjoys creating training materials, managing our online learning platform BrewU, and supporting our restaurants wherever needed.

Background

At the age of 16, Matthew got his first job as a host and has been in the restaurant industry ever since! Over the past 15 years the restaurant industry has taken him across the country opening restaurants, helping roll out training initiatives, and training hundreds of team members along the way.

Outside of Work

Outside of Bottleneck Management, Matthew loves cooking, reading, and anything related to music!
