Mario Dean

Mario joined Bottleneck Management as a contract employee in January of 2019, and was made a full-time employee in April of 2019 as the team’s Talent Acquisition Specialist.

Background

Mario Graduated from Bradley University in Peoria IL, with a BS in Business Computer Systems. He also has an MBA with a concentration in Project Management from Keller Graduate School of Management. He has over 15 years of experience in Human Resources. He has been specifically focused on talent acquisition for the last five or six years. He’s a newcomer to the hospitality industry.

Outside of Work

Mario enjoys spending time with family, hanging out with friends and his frat brothers. He’s a proud member of Phi Beta Sigma Fraternity Inc. He loves bowling and enjoying music.
