Luis Garcia

People Administrator

As the team’s HR People Administrator, he facilitates the talent acquisition, and employee-related processes for the HR department, which supports all restaurant locations as well as the Home Office. Additionally, he serves as the first point of contact for employee inquiries and communication.


Luis was born and raised in Waukegan, IL but moved to Chicago following the completion of his undergraduate career. He graduated from Illinois State University in 2019 with a B.S. in Organizational and Leadership Communication. In addition to 5+ years of experience in a restaurant/guest service environment, he brings experience as a Recruiter with a boutique staffing firm that primarily served clients across banking, financial/brokerage, legal, accounting, and IT. Motivated by the opportunity to connect promising candidates with exciting careers, he also brings a desire to foster transparent communication.

Outside of Work

At the end of the day, Luis is a massive sports fanatic and looks forward to catching many live sporting/music events with friends this summer. In his spare time, he also participates in competitive softball leagues and is always looking to improve his ability in the kitchen.
