Lindsay Hammer

Lindsay joined the team in December 2015 and was recently promoted to Director of Finance.

Background

Originally from Champaign, Lindsay studied Economics at University of Illinois while simultaneously starting her restaurant career as a hostess at a national casual steakhouse chain. Since graduating, she has continued to work in the restaurant industry in a Finance or Accounting capacity, firstly at the Jimmy John’s corporate headquarters, and then as a Senior Accountant at Roti Mediterranean Grill.

Outside of Work

Lindsay’s dual passions for travel and food have inspired recent trips to Paris, Amsterdam and Hong Kong. She believes that food is the best way to experience the local culture, and high on her list of future adventures are Greece/Croatia, and Argentina/Chile. When not traveling, Lindsay enjoys spending time exploring Chicago with her husband and their adorable dog, Ellie.
