Doug joined Bottleneck Management in July 2021. As the Beverage Manager, he oversees all aspects of the organization’s beverage planning and initiatives.
Doug graduated from the University of Wisconsin – Madison with a B.A. in History. Following his time as an undergraduate, he completed a Craft Brewing Certification program at Madison Area Technical College while beginning work in the industry with HopCat. Doug worked his way from Barback to Regional Beer Program Coordinator, ultimately helping to open 6 new locations and overseeing 10 locations across the country. He is currently a Certified Beer Server and studying to take the Certified Cicerone exam this year.
