Christina is the Vice President of Human Resources at Bottleneck Management.
A South Florida native, Christina graduated from the Florida Culinary Institute with a BS in Hospitality Management and a minor in Culinary Arts. Having been in the restaurant industry since the age of 15, she spent almost a decade in luxury hotel food and beverage management prior to transitioning into the realm of talent acquisition and human resources. After exclusively recruiting for numerous restaurant groups and hotels nationwide, Christina became the Talent Acquisition and Human Resources Business Partner for MOD Pizza Florida/Food for Thought Restaurant Group.
Her combined experience in both restaurant operations and human resources has provided Christina with a well-rounded understanding of the industry as well as a passion to shape its culture.
Outside of Work
Christina is an avid world traveler, visiting 1-2 countries per year. Her other passions include trying new restaurants and new wines (she is a level 2 sommelier), seeing as much live music as possible, writing, and thrift store/resale hunting. Since moving to Chicago, she spends her free time exploring the city and working on her novel (work in progress!). In the winters, however, she enjoys going back home to Palm Beach where she can soak up plenty of sun, saltwater and café con leche.
