Where are you from?
Johnsburg, IL.
What is your role at Bottleneck?
Director of Marketing.
What do you enjoy about your job?
I really enjoy the creative aspect of marketing, and seeing guests enjoy an event or campaign that my team has implemented.
What do you do when not at work?
I am teaching myself how to screen print so I can start making baby clothes for my friends and family that are all seeming to have kids at the same time. I also love spending time with family and friends, I play a lot of volleyball, and any time I can catch live music, I do!
How did you discover Bottleneck Management?
Funny and long story, but the short of it is that I met Emily Wood, the GM at Boundary, while bartending in one of the VIP cabanas at Lollapalooza! I was working for Navy Pier at the time, and just happened to pick up a “side gig” bartending the cabanas with some friends that weekend. The rest is history…
What do you enjoy about working with the team/company?
I love the people I work with, and the “down-to-Earth” nature of this company. I also commend the Bottleneck owners for always making it known how appreciative they are of the people that work with them, not for them. There is not ONE day that goes by that I feel like a “number.”
Current favorite drink?
This changes all the time, but with the seasonal beers out now I love Delirium Noel, Shiner Cheer and Great Lakes Christmas Ale. Non-alcoholic favorite will always be chocolate milk.
What is something that people probably don’t know about you?
I lived in Omaha, Nebraska for 3 months.
Favorite TV/Movie Quote?
I probably quote Seinfeld on a weekly basis, so there are too many to sift through. But I love these…
