Now a few months old and moving into the summer period, City Works Minneapolis is really settling into the downtown community, becoming the destination to watch all the sporting events, and try some of the amazing beers and breweries that Minnesota has to offer.
Upbeat, energetic, and as Pat Evans of NBC Minneapolis says “A fresh take on a sports bar with distinctive food items“, City Works has welcomed over 30,000 guests during this opening period, and served up an incredible 55,000 beers of all styles, shapes and sizes.
We decided to video much of the pre-opening training and opening night, along with interviews with General Manager Tom Schoenberger and Executive Chef Eric Reichel, and are happy to share this short video about the experience of opening one of the best restaurants in downtown Minneapolis.
