Background

Jordan grew up just north of Chicago in Northbrook, IL. His career in the food and beverage industry began at the age of 13 when he got a job working at the local hot dog joint, bussing tables and making milkshakes. He knew then that his passion was in the restaurant industry. Jordan graduated from Glenbrook North High School and attended Michigan State University for their top of the line hospitality business program. During his time at Michigan State University, he worked as an intern for Lettuce Entertain You. Upon graduating with a degree in hospitality business, he received a management opportunity with Lettuce Entertain You in July of 2007, and was there until he made the transition to Bottleneck Management.

Outside of Work

Jordan prides himself on his very close group of friends and family. When he is not out exploring Chicago’s finest food offerings, you will find him at a concert, at home cooking, biking around Chicago, or pretending he knows how to the play the guitar.
