Dining Chicago: Howells & Hood

Former Markethouse chef Scott Walton heads the latest project by Bottleneck Management, which is also behind Old Town Pour House, South Branch, Sweetwater and The Boundary. Look for him to offer upscale accents to the restaurant, which is located at the base of the Tribune Tower. He's set to include a farm-to-table approach as well as an expansive charcuterie program when Howells & Hood opens late spring 2013. The restaurant is named for John Howells and Raymond Hood, the architects who designed the neo-Gothic building in 1922.
