Tom is in charge of developing Bottleneck’s content marketing strategies and telling stories in a way to bring its various brands to life on social media. Tom also handles all social community management, influencer relationships and collaborations, and getting behind the camera to create photos and videos.
Tom graduated from Johnson and Wales University with an associate’s degree in Baking and Pastry Arts and a bachelor’s degree in Foodservice Management and a concentration in Entrepreneurship. Tom has 15+ years of hands on experience in the foodservice industry working with internationally recognized chefs to luxury hotel brands like the Ritz Carlton.
