As Regional Training Manager, Sam helps create and implement training materials and plans for all our hourly and salaried restaurant team members across all our restaurant brands.
A true veteran of the restaurant industry, Sam got her first job bussing tables at the tender age of 14. Over the next 20 years she worked her way through every position, front and heart of house, and falling in love with training and development. Career high lights include being part of restaurant open teams all over the world, including Disney World and Abu Dhabi!
Outside of Work
In her spare time Sam has her hands full managing a daughter, husband, and two fur babies riley and max. They love going on family outings to the lake, and cheering dad on at the baseball field!
