Accounts Payable Manager

Maggie joined Bottleneck Management at the beginning of 2014 to contribute to the finance team. Her role in handling daily accounting processes and managing vendors has been essential to operations.


Maggie always possessed an interest in finance as well as the food and beverage industry. She began her career as an eager young hostess and worked her way up, holding nearly all front-of-house restaurant positions. Her interest in the finance side of the business led to a career with PepsiAmericas Financial Operations. Moving to Chicago in 2011, she joined the Old Town Pour House opening team. It is her accounting experience as well as skill in the hospitality industry that brought her aboard the Bottleneck Management team.

Outside of Work

Maggie has a tremendous passion for live music, her friends, and biking around Chicago in pursuit of foodie delights or the newest craft beer. While appreciating life to the fullest in the city, she also enjoys visiting family in Poland and tending to her balcony vegetable garden or trying to paint.
