Kevin O’Hare

Vice President of Operations

As the Vice President of Operations, Kevin O’Hare is responsible for the overall operations of all Bottleneck restaurants, including oversight of all culinary, events, training, operations, and new concept development departments.

He has a true passion for the restaurant industry and leads with a team-based philosophy. With over 28 years of industry experience, Kevin’s cool demeanor and innovative thinking make him the perfect fit for the next stage of Bottleneck’s growth.


Before Bottleneck

Prior to joining Bottleneck Management, Kevin led Champps Americana for 14 years as a Market Partner, overseeing California, Colorado, Illinois, Michigan, and Minnesota. During his tenure, he opened numerous locations, received multiple Partner of the Year Awards, and held the record for sales and profit growth.


Outside of Work

Kevin and his wife of 23 years live in the western suburbs with their three sons. When not working, he can typically be found smoking a pork shoulder, fishing with his Great Dane “Quake,” or having beers with friends at the neighborhood hangout “Daddy Q’s.” His hobbies include cooking, playing guitar (although he refuses to play in public), and saltwater reef tanks. He is also an avid WW2 history buff.
