As Director of Training and Development, Alisa oversees training and development programs at existing restaurants in Chicago, and also help develop teams at new openings.
Alisa was born and raised in Riga, Latvia, and immigrated to Jacksonville, Florida in 2000. She studied at Florida Atlantic University in Boca Raton, graduating with a degree in Political Science, before working at the Department of Corrections where she helped develop a program that facilitates cognitive self-change for offenders eligible for parole. She then went to work at The Cheesecake Factory organization for five years before joining Bottleneck at the start of 2017.
Outside of Work
A love of cooking not only sees Alisa cook regularly at home, but also saw her progress in auditions for MasterChef, where she got to meet Gordon Ramsey.
