8 Tomato Cocktail Recipes from America's Best Bartenders

Finding new ways of eating tomatoes doesn’t seem all that difficult: the savory fruit in its thousands of varieties inspires so many different inspirations for cooking and presentation. But drinking tomatoes? Until now, they were reserved almost exclusively for Bloody Marys and Sangritas. We’ve noticed some movement on the fringes, though, so we decided to collect, or in some cases challenge, some of the country’s top mixologists and bartenders to give us fresh takes on the luscious tomato.
